In the frames of SEP in Armenia practice will be available in the fields of community, hospital and industrial pharmacy. During academic period (September-December, February-May) research in the Yerevan State Medical University can be organized.

Usually 1 month but subject to the students` will it could take place
during more or less period.
Available months and cities?
SEP in Armenia can be organized all year around but more preferable months are June-August.
Practice is held in the capital of Armenia - Yerevan.
The type of accommodation?
Students` hostel of the Yerevan State Medical University serves as an accommodation.
In the case of bilateral exchange accommodation fee is paid by ArmPSA.
If exchange is unilateral accommodation fee for foreign students amounts monthly 30000 Armenian drams (≈ 60-65 Euros).
Board, pocket money or other financial benefits/ remuneration?
Board is paid by a foreign student.
Pocket money does not provided.
Social events?
Besides practice a lot of social event are being organized by our association.
During SEP foreign students have opportunity to visit the most beautiful and interesting parts and towns of Armenia. A lot of different parties are organized both in the hostel and in the outside clubs.
Students` of IPSF will be hosted in the same hostel with IFMSA students.

Information on Work Permits and Visa
Visa procedures depend on students` citizenship.
European, American, Canadian, etc. citizens (you can get whole list of countries on the following Web page - www.armeniaforeignministry.com) can get Armenian visa at the airport of Yerevan, it costs 20-30 Euros. Students from other countries need special visa, which will be provided by Ministry of foreign affairs of Republic of Armenia and Embassy of Armenia in their country due to special invitation from the YSMU.
